Standard 1-on-1 sessions are 60 minutes. The Goal Mapping Intensive is 90 minutes. Discovery calls are 15 minutes and always free.
That depends entirely on your goals. Most clients see meaningful progress within 4β6 sessions. Some work with Zach for 3β6 months. There's no minimum or lock-in.
No. Life coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. Zach is not a licensed therapist and coaching is not a substitute for mental health treatment. If clinical support is needed, Zach will refer appropriately.
Yes β parents can be involved in Family Coaching sessions. For teen clients, Zach keeps sessions confidential unless the teen chooses to include their parent(s).
